The Vail-Wolf wedding celebration. This elegant creation consisted of a 12in. base made of Pure Cream Vanilla Cheesecake. For the middle 9in. and top 6in. layers, we used creamy Chocolate Cheesecake. To make the ultra smooth finish, the cakes were first covered with whipped Bittersweet chocolate ganache and then glazed with a final coating of pourable chocolate ganache. The couple also included Just a Bite cheesecakes for a variety of flavors.

The Roberts' wedding celebration. The bride ordered the tier display online, and then decorated it herself. She responds, "Your cheesecakes were a total hit.  Many people told us how much they enjoyed them, and we had just enough left for me to have a few the next day!"
