Cheesecake Delights became a reality in March of 2005. But don’t let that young date fool you. Baker Kelly Beam has been making these specialties for years. “I’ve always found a sense of enjoyment baking for my family and friends." says Kelly.

While speculating on her next cheesecake concoction, Kelly feels right at home. In fact, she is at home! Seeking to utilize her love of baking and yet maintain the priority of family, Kelly and her husband decided the best solution was to create this opportunity right there...at home.
“This inspiration caused us to step out in faith, and it hasn’t come without many obstacles. But it has been a true blessing to watch the Lord bring about the desires of our hearts.”
Cheesecake Delights’ desire is to make the best tasting desserts at an affordable price. “Our products will be something you are delighted to serve your guests. There will be no second guessing yourself, ‘Oh, I hope this tastes good!’ because we know it will be great.”
Cheesecake Delights is committed to using only premium ingredients such as Philadelphia Cream Cheese, pure Vanilla extract, fresh local eggs, and imported Belgium chocolates. Also, each cake is given individual attention. “Top quality ingredients coupled with our great recipes will always result in a superior dessert.”
