We are also offering our cookie dough frozen, so that you can bake them anytime you want that fresh gourmet taste warm from the oven!

(Shown below is the 1/2 oz. mini chocochip, we also have other sizes available)

Follow along with us as we take you through the steps:

Below:  Each cookie is pre-formed on the pan.

Then they are individually flash frozen.

Then they are placed into 1 pound bags and put back in the freezer:

When you want fresh baked cookies, place the frozen dough on the pan and let defrost for several minutes.

(For these mini's: Bake at 350 degrees for about 7 -8 minutes. Do not overbake. They should be light brown colored.
