Facts: All of our cheesecakes are made on homemade cookie crusts.
We try to use local products as much as possible:
We use fresh, free range chicken eggs from Jeremiah Farms and The Green Grocer on Johns Island.
Our fruit toppings are strawberries and blueberries picked from the organic farms Ambrose on Wadmalaw Island and Champney's in Ravenel, also Boone Hall Farms in Mt. Pleasant. Our blackberries: Maple Ridge Farm (843) 538-3345.
Our pecans are harvested from orchards in Orangeburg, SC.

7. The Key Lime Cheesecakes are a blissful union of tart key limes with sweet white chocolate, then topped with extra tangy homemade key lime curd. Finished with Chantilly cream and zest of lime.
8. The Peanut Butter cheesecake is filled with creamy peanut butter and drizzled with Dark Belgian Chocolate. Chocolate shortbread cookie crust.
9. This Pumpkin Cheesecake is awesome! Made on a ginger cookie crust, filled with pumpkin and spices, topped with homemade pecan brickle and chantilly cream.
